After the name of Philips Lighting was changed into Signify, a need for powerful new employer branding arose. Both for brand awareness as well as brand preference.
In order to both stimulate company pride as well as attract new recruits.
Based upon the EVP, we created very energetic videos portraying employees in different disciplines and countries. In combination with night shots of projects in the diverse metropolises, like the Eiffel Tower and the London Eye! The series forms authentic videocontent for the website and for use on social media.
Shot on locations in Paris, London, Hamburg, Warsaw and Eindhoven.

One of the USP's of working at Signify, is the hypermodern learning programme.
With a very diverse offer, from theoretical to practical and from team projects to indivdual e-learning, the programme is very much tunend in to your personal whishes and experience. These videos are part of a both internal and external campaign.
