The municipality of Amstelveen is an attractive employer, especially for professionals who live in the municipality but sometimes work far outside it.

PROCESS

We started with two workshops to uncover what employees themselves find attractive about working for the municipality of Amstelveen. It emerged that people appreciate being given the space to profile and develop themselves as professionals and that it’s pleasant to be able to cycle to work.

These became the two pillars of the positioning. The first communications were created for the Open Day, featuring a unique and recognisable green design.

 

RESULT

The goal was to raise awareness of the municipality as an employer, and expectations were far exceeded with 300 enthusiastic visitors.
