CLIENT AND PRODUCT

The Go-Barry is a product of the start-up Travinci BV. It is a 'smart moving traffic barrier', a clever, self-driving roadblock. With a tablet, the road worker can position the barrier as desired while remaining safe. As the safety advisor from Rijkswaterstaat says, 'This will save lives.'

 

STORY

In 2018, I made a video for Boskalis featuring Thijs Hagedoorn. During the shoot, he learned of new restrictions regarding the use of barriers, which inspired him to create the Go-Barry. He then contacted me to help market his product, which was both a fun and honourable task.

 

MAKING OF

Together with Jurjen Born, I developed the names for the product Go-Barry and the company Travinci. I also managed the brand introduction, including logo and web design, and produced the video for the launch event at Rijkswaterstaat.
