CLIENT
Maasstad Hospital is introducing a new code of conduct. Naturally, not everyone is looking forward to this, for various reasons. Some may hesitate to start a conversation even if it might be beneficial, others may feel quickly targeted, or not at all.
STRATEGY
We developed a layered campaign, starting by removing the sting from the idea that this is something extraordinary. After all, normal behaviour is quite normal. Then we introduced disarming and light-hearted messages. The third step involves a more direct tone.
MAKING OF
We began within the framework of the house style, but since we wanted this internal campaign to be as colourful as the group of employees, we used a broad and striking colour palette.
