Maasstad Hospital is the acute center in South Rotterdam.
In an emergency, ambulances from all over the city know where to find it. But of course there is also more. Delivering top clinical medical care, it is innovative but also for the neighbourhood.
We have translated the rhythm of the metropolis, the acute, the diversity and the adrenaline into an exciting and hyper-realistic employer branding video that feels like a mini-feature film. In contrast, we hear the voice of the imperturbable nurse Patricia.
The entire campaign is made in the same style. Including a recruitment video made for the Radiology department: like a upspeed film noir.
Shot from early sunrise to midnight on locations in Rotterdam and in the hospital itself, with the fantastic and enthusiastic cooperation of the staff of the Maasstad Hospital and the Rotterdam ambulance service.
Not infrequently someone gets full when they watch the film.
Within 1 week after the start of the campaign, someone had already been hired in a position that was difficult to fill.
